We currently offer international shipping worldwide. By placing your order, you agree to our Delivery Terms and Refund Policies.

HOW DO I OPT OUT OF EMAILS?

Our customers get exclusive updates about new KPOP lightsticks, keychains, and fan perks. If you really need to unsubscribe, click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders usually process within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday). Estimated transit times:

  • North America: 10–25 business days
  • UK, Europe, Australia: 15–35 business days
  • Asia: 7–20 business days
  • Mexico: 18–25 business days
  • Other countries: 40+ business days

During winter (November–January), delivery may take a bit longer, but your KPOP lightstick is worth the wait!

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are for the same item only.
Send your request to support@kpoplightstick.shop.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Delivery time for exchanged items varies by location, and we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free worldwide shipping except for Mexico, Canada, and South America ($6 USD).

HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?

Add your items to the cart and start the checkout process. Enter your coupon code in the designated field. Only one promotion code can be used per order.
